Will Custody

Upon death of the testator, to proceed to apply for probate, the original Will is required. It is important to ensure that the Will can be easily found by the executor. During the lifetime of the testator, where the Will is kept securely, it will prevent tampering or loss or unintentionally destruction of the Will. This can be achieved with the Will custody services provided by members of ATCM.
